Big run at Royal Ascot

Rumstar lined up for the £340k Group 1 Commonwealth Stakes, for 3 year olds over 6f, and ran a terrific race to finish 5th. He was only beaten just over two lengths by the winner.

Rob Hornby was back in the saddle having been unavailable for his first run back in May. Owner Vincent Ward was at home but his son Russell attended. Everyone involved were hugely proud of the horse and delighted by his performance at this prestigious level.
